Dexon stan Ltd. was founded in 1990 since it was continually active in its construction ventures.

1995th Dexon stan Ltd. was given the challenging task of building Block 5, which stretches from Kneza Milosa Street, through Durmitorska to Sarajevska Street. The block is composed of six buildings, the numbers 6,8,18,20,71,73.

Since then, the company is constantly investing in facilities and enviable quality of appearance.

In May of 2009. Dexon stan Ltd. completed the construction of residential building in Macvanska Street No.31, whose appearance has fascinated passers-by. From daily room of apartments look stretches of beautiful Temple of St Sava.

The apartments are double oriented where bedroom overlooking the garden.
